How It Started
Paola Reinhart is the founder of Paola Couture & Boutique with over 20 years of experience in sewing.
For Paola, sewing is a unique type of art and skill practiced through many generations and she hopes to demonstrate its value to fashion and design in our lives and homes. She sees sewing as a personal hobby. At a very young age, Paola would repair her own clothing and fabrics, such as special gifts from her family. Later on, she would begin creating decorative pillows and fabric accents for her own home. Once friends noticed her talent, she expanded her sewing work to others.
Paola’s passion for wedding dresses began when she joined a bridal salon in the large city of Houston and produced complex alterations and creations, such as bustles, for future brides. Paola has certainly enjoyed every stitch that came from her own hands.
“My greatest satisfaction is seeing my clients enjoy the work produced. I am personally involved in every project and I let my creative mind help our clients meet their needs.
God gave me the skill of sewing and I decided to share it with others. I had never thought about sharing this skill until one day I found myself surprised by a sofa slipcover and some dress alterations I had done. I like paying attention to details and perfection in the work I produce. I have a passion for wedding dresses and it makes me happy to be able to help every woman make that special day an unforgettable one.
I am incredibly thankful with my friends and family who helped me see this skill and empowered me to share it with others. I look forward to personally meet you and serve your needs."
